Calgary, AB – Chris Mills* scored two goals and added an assist as the Calgary Hogs extended its winning streak to three games with a 9-3 pounding over the Pirates at Norma Bush on Tuesday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Calgary Hogs was Brandan Kushniruk* with two goals and Dean Pylypchuk*, Tyler Kushniruk*, Brent Gosselin*, Blaine Dobinson* and Justin Morgan* chipping in with a goal each. Pylypchuk* and Kevin Free* each added three assists and Kushniruk* added two assists. Goaltender Wes Raabis picked up the win for the Calgary Hogs giving up three goals.

Striking for the Pirates was Gary Smyth* with two goals and Brett Stowkowy with a single tally. Goaltender Nico Vandersolm surrendered nine goals in the loss for the Pirates.

With the win, the Calgary Hogs improve to 16-3-3-0 while the Pirates fall to 16-5-3-0.
