Calgary, AB – Joel Barrett* scored a hat-trick and added two assists to fuel the Da Byes to a 7-4 triumph over the Calgary Hogs at George Blundun on Tuesday.

Capping off the scoring for the Da Byes was Kyle Gurash* and Glenn Saunders*, Jason Smith* and Kevin Draper* each tallying single markers. Tyler Dyck* added four assists, Barrett*, Chris Avery*, Jason Brown* and Blair Neil* each added two assists. Goaltender Brent Williams* picked up the win for the Da Byes giving up four goals.

Finding the twine for the Calgary Hogs was Tyler Kushniruk* with two goals and Jody Pederson* and Mike Tanton* chipping in with a goal each. Chris Mills* added two assists. Goaltender Wes Raabis surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Calgary Hogs.

With the win, the Da Byes improve to 19-7-2-0 while the Calgary Hogs fall to 18-6-3-0.
