Calgary, AB – Lance Nixon* scored a goal to help secure the Tailgaters a victory in a 4-2 victory over the Slashers at George Blundun on Saturday.

Adding markers for the Tailgaters was Tracey Durand*, Derek Sharp*, Chris Legrow* each contributing with single markers. Matt Sticksl added two assists. Goaltender Todd Bettison* picked up the victory for the Tailgaters giving up two goals.

Providing the offence for the Slashers was Andrew Stevenson* and James Trask with a goal each. Goaltender Cole Warawa surrendered four goals in the loss for the Slashers.

With the victory, the Tailgaters improve to 11-12-6-0 while the Slashers fall to 9-13-7-0.
