Calgary, AB – Bryce Davis* scored two goals and added an assist as the Knights extended its winning streak to seven games with a 9-3 thrashing over the Hopewell Hurricanes at George Blundun on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Knights was Shawn Calafatis* with two goals and Tyler Reid*, Launey Newell, Kevin Mullie*, Derek Boeckx* and Jason Nycz* contributing with a goal each. Reid*, Newell and Jason Nelson* each added two assists. Goaltender Trevor Sedgwick* picked up the win for the Knights giving up three goals.

Sniping for the Hopewell Hurricanes was Mike Nerbas*, Barry Tanguay* and Andy Keats* each tallying single markers. Goaltender Dave Garcia* surrendered nine goals in the loss for the Hopewell Hurricanes.

With the win, the Knights improve to 7-1-0-0 while the Hopewell Hurricanes fall to 4-3-1-0.
