Calgary, AB – Doug Pickell scored two goals for the Hopewell Hurricanes and Tim Begalke* scored a goal and added two assists for the Chevron as the teams played to a 4-4 tie at Village Square on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Chevron was Rick Cooke*, Casey Bajnok* and Kyle Myden* chipping in with a goal each. Cooke*. Goaltender Darrell Gall* surrendered four goals in the tie for the Chevron.

Completing the scoring for for the Hopewell Hurricanes was Barry Tanguay* and Quentin Franczak chipping in with singles. R Nagata added two assists. Goaltender Dave Garcia* gave up four goals in the tie for the Hopewell Hurricanes.

After the tie, the Hopewell Hurricanes have a record of 2-1-1-0 while the Chevron move to 1-2-1-0.
