Calgary, AB – Blaine Dobinson* scored a hat-trick and added three assists as the Calgary Hogs extended its winning streak to three games with a 15-1 route over the Grasshoppers at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Completing the scoring for for the Calgary Hogs was Justin Morgan* with a hat-trick, Tyler Kushniruk* and Chris Mills* with a pair of goals each and Shawn Zenuk*, Ashley Raabis*, Kevin Free*, Mike Tanton* and Dean Pylypchuk* chipping in with singles. Tim Norick* added five assists, Morgan*, Dobinson*, Zenuk*, Brent Gosselin* and Ryan Grant* each added three assists, Kushniruk*, Free* and Raabis* each added two assists. Goaltender Wes Raabis picked up the victory for the Calgary Hogs holding the Grasshoppers to a single goal.

Tallying the only goal for the Grasshoppers was and Joey Keys, his first of the season. Goaltender Trevor Devenich* surrendered 15 goals in the loss for the Grasshoppers.

With the victory, the Calgary Hogs improve to 3-0-0-0 while the Grasshoppers fall to 1-2-0-0.
