Calgary, AB – Shane Mark* scored two goals and added three assists to help support the Flying Elbows in a 10-1 spanking over the Calgary Pylons at Father David Bauer on Monday.

Adding markers for the Flying Elbows was Steve Tuckey* and Joe McCormick* with a pair of goals each, Kyle Christensen*, Steve Nadeau*, Chris Trudel* and Eric Gagnon* with a goal each. Mark* added three assists, Tuckey* and Christensen* each added two assists. Goaltender Allan Manz* picked up the victory for the Flying Elbows holding the Calgary Pylons to a single goal.

Scoring the single marker for the Calgary Pylons was and Mark Jones*, his first of the season. Goaltender Ryan Hancock surrendered 10 goals in the loss for the Calgary Pylons.

With the victory, the Flying Elbows improve to 1-0-0-0 while the Calgary Pylons fall to 0-1-0-0.
