Calgary, AB – Kevin Draper* scored a hat-trick and added an assist to help support the Da Byes in an 8-2 spanking over The Swarm at George Blundun on Saturday.
Adding markers for the Da Byes was Bruce Gillis with a hat-trick, Justin Furlong* and Brad Scutt with a goal each. Goaltender Doug Lavers picked up the victory for the Da Byes giving up two goals.
Scoring for The Swarm was Jim Vasilopoulos and Jason Zimmer* each with single strikes. Goaltender Kelly Oberg surrendered eight goals in the loss for The Swarm.
With the victory, the Da Byes improve to 9-3-1-0 while The Swarm fall to 2-11-1-0.
