Calgary, AB – Shaun McKenzie* pitched a shutout and Jared Veness* scored two goals and added three assists to lead the Warthogs to an 11-0 whipping over the Wolves at Frank McCool on Friday.

Completing the scoring for for the Warthogs was Stu Mckenzie* with a hat-trick, Jordan Thornley and Jesse Nickel, Jarrod Stanton*, Derek Root*, James Slowman and Pat Shippit* chipping in with a goal each. Thornley added five assists, Dave Yuris* added two assists.

Goaltender Nathan Steinke* surrendered 11 goals in the loss for the Wolves.

With the victory, the Warthogs improve to 6-3-2-0 while the Wolves fall to 5-6-1-0.
