Calgary, AB – Mike Hoffman scored a hat-trick as the Rustlers extended its winning streak to three games with a 9-3 route over The Swarm at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Completing the scoring for for the Rustlers was Fraser Grant with two goals, Ryan Wales and Riley O'Hara, Mark Lyons and RJ Zeniuk chipping in with a goal each. Wales added three assists, Matt Vanderberg and Brad Hart each added two assists. Goaltender Cam Goldade picked up the victory for the Rustlers giving up three goals.

Finding the back of the net for The Swarm was Cory Balint*, Brad Dougherty* and Ryan Popilchak chipping in with singles. Pat Stachniak* added two assists. Goaltender Kelly Oberg surrendered nine goals in the loss for The Swarm.

With the victory, the Rustlers improve to 7-2-1-0 while The Swarm fall to 2-7-1-0.
