Calgary, AB – Derek Boeckx* scored two goals and added an assist to lift the Knights to an 8-1 clobbering over the Calgary Pylons at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Capping off the scoring for the Knights was Shawn Calafatis* with two goals and Will Clark*, Launey Newell, Greg Staples* and Jason Nycz* each tallying single markers. Andy Williamson* and Tyler Reid* each added two assists. Goaltender Trevor Sedgwick* picked up the win for the Knights holding the Calgary Pylons to a single goal.

Tallying the lone goal for the Calgary Pylons was and Zach St. Croix*, his second of the season. Goaltender Ryan Hancock surrendered eight goals in the loss for the Calgary Pylons.

With the win, the Knights improve to 8-2-0-0 while the Calgary Pylons fall to 2-8-0-0.
