Calgary, AB – Tom Schmidt scored his first goal of the season with 1:41 remaining in the second period and Shawn Calafatis* scored a hat-trick and added an assist as the Knights extended their winning streak to three games with a 4-3 victory over the Chevron at George Blundun on Saturday.

Adding markers for the Knights was . Jason Nycz* added two assists. Goaltender Trevor Sedgwick* picked up the victory for the Knights giving up 0 goals.

Scoring for the Chevron was Rick Cooke*, Dave Cadrin* and Casey Bajnok* each with single strikes. Mike Prins* added two assists. Goaltender Darrell Gall* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Chevron.

With the victory, the Knights improve to 13-15-1-0 while the Chevron fall to 11-15-2-0.
