Calgary, AB – Deon Chappell* scored two goals and added two assists to help the Da Byes to a 9-5 spanking over the Sleeman Brewers at Optimist on Sunday.

Also scoring for the Da Byes was Joel Barrett with two goals and Nick Palmer, Blair Neil*, Geoff Moggy*, Chris Avery* and Glenn Saunders* each adding a goal. Palmer, Chris Pascoa, Adam Karpoff, Justin Furlong*, Ricardo Piscitelli*. Goaltender Doug Lavers* picked up the win for the Da Byes giving up 0 goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Sleeman Brewers was Karl Johanson with two goals and Dave Nielson*, Garrett Hamilton* and Rick Schiller* with a goal each. Nielson* and Hamilton* each added two assists. Goaltender Jon MacMillan surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Sleeman Brewers.

With the win, the Da Byes improve to 14-5-4-0 while the Sleeman Brewers fall to 8-17-1-0.
