Calgary, AB – Andy Walsh* scored two goals and added an assist to lead the Aduro IceCats to a 7-4 triumph over the Sofa Kings at Village Square on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Aduro IceCats was Doug Howland* with two goals and Kirk Hildebrand*, Nik Cooper* and Rob Walker* chipping in with singles. Hildebrand*, S Marty and Vance Alexander* each added two assists. Goaltender Larry Guilloux* picked up the victory for the Aduro IceCats giving up 0 goals.

The victory extinguished the Aduro IceCats' seven-game losing streak.

Finding the twine for the Sofa Kings was Brian Celeen with two goals and Travis Rudy * and Klye Warrden chipping in with a goal each. Kevin Sawyer * added two assists. Goaltender Nico Vandersalm * surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Sofa Kings.

With the victory, the Aduro IceCats improve to 5-11-1-0 while the Sofa Kings fall to 8-9-0-0.
