Calgary, AB – James Scotland scored two goals and added an assist for the Grasshoppers and Deon Chappell* scored two goals for the Da Byes as the teams played to a 5-5 tie at Frank McCool on Friday.

Completing the scoring for for the Da Byes was Joe Tsai*, Miguel Rondeau and Geoff Moggy* chipping in with a goal each. Jason Smith* added two assists. Goaltender Doug Lavers* surrendered 0 goals in the tie for the Da Byes.

Completing the scoring for for the Grasshoppers was Ben Couzens, Bob Storrs and Duane Smith* each tallying single markers. Gord Edwards* added three assists. Goaltender Trevor Devenich* gave up 0 goals in the tie for the Grasshoppers.

After the tie, the Grasshoppers have a record of 4-8-3-0 while the Da Byes move to 8-2-3-0.
