Calgary, AB – John MacInnis* scored two goals and added two assists to help bring the Schooners to a 7-3 route over the Pirates at Stew Hendry on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Schooners was Jeremy Shepherd* with two goals and Larry Andrea*, Perry Braakman* and Steve Whitehead* each contributing with single markers. Sean Boyd* added three assists, Warren Zmud*. Goaltender Jimmy Farrell* picked up the victory for the Schooners giving up 0 goals.

Finding the back of the net for the Pirates was Joe Lenz*, Mike Davis* and Steve Atkinson* chipping in with singles. Goaltender Rick Windl* surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Pirates.

With the victory, the Schooners improve to 1-0-1-0 while the Pirates fall to 0-2-0-0.
