Calgary, AB – Tristan Janusc* scored two goals and added three assists to lead the Tailgaters to a 9-7 triumph over the Knights at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Completing the scoring for for the Tailgaters was Jeff Toth* and Will Hotomanie* with a pair of goals each, Lance Nixon*, Nick Mallet* and Shawn Karaki* chipping in with a goal each. Levi Pittman*, Ashley Johnson* added two assists. Goaltender Todd Bettison* picked up the victory for the Tailgaters giving up 0 goals.

The win snapped the Tailgaters' five-game losing skid.

Finding the twine for the Knights was Shawn Calafatis* and Andy Williamson* with a pair of goals each, Tyler Reid*, Neal Alexander* and Jason Nycz* chipping in with singles. Will Clark* added three assists, Calafatis* and Reid* each added two assists. Goaltender Trevor Sedgwick* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Knights.

With the victory, the Tailgaters improve to 1-5-0-0 while the Knights fall to 1-4-1-0.
