Calgary, AB – Joe McCormick* scored two goals as the Flying Elbows extended its winning streak to four games with a 6-3 conquest over the Chevron at Frank McCool on Friday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Flying Elbows was Steve Nadeau* and Kyle Christensen*, Matt Glowa* and Jason Oke* chipping in with a goal each. Nadeau* added three assists and Chris Trudel* added two assists. Goaltender Allan Manz* picked up the win for the Flying Elbows giving up 0 goals.

Cashing in for the Chevron was Rick Cooke* with two goals and Casey Bajnok* with a single tally. Pierre Turcotte* added two assists. Goaltender Darrell Gall* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Chevron.

With the win, the Flying Elbows improve to 4-0-0-0 while the Chevron fall to 1-2-0-0.
