Calgary, AB – Steve Kelly* scored two goals and added an assist for The Swarm and Craig Parkinson scored four goals and added two assists for the Southern Alberta Bears as the teams battled to a 7-7 tie at Rose Kohn on Saturday.

Adding markers for the Southern Alberta Bears was Troy Miller* with two goals and Mike Posey with a single marker. Kevin Wowk* added four assists, Posey, Kirk Sproule*. Goaltender Dan Oxton surrendered 0 goals in the tie for the Southern Alberta Bears.

Adding markers for The Swarm was Pat Stachniak*, Curtis Cann*, Cory Balint*, Brad Dougherty* and Jason Zimmer* with a goal each. Stachniak*, Kevin Pattison* and Paul Jay* each added two assists. Goaltender David Feke gave up 0 goals in the tie for The Swarm.

After the tie, The Swarm have a record of 0-1-1-0 while the Southern Alberta Bears move to 1-0-1-0.
