Calgary, AB – Deon Chappell* scored two goals and added two assists to lift the Da Byes to a 10-2 clobbering over The Swarm at Southland on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Da Byes was Jason Smith* with two goals and Geoff Moggy*, Justin Furlong*, Ricardo Piscitelli*, Mike Taylor and Glenn Saunders* each adding single tallies. Scott Anderson* added five assists, Chappell*, Moggy* and Jason Brown* each added two assists. Goaltender Doug Lavers* picked up the win for the Da Byes giving up 0 goals.

Cashing in for The Swarm was Kevin Pattison* and Chris Kravinchuk* contributing with a goal each. Goaltender surrendered goals in the loss for The Swarm.

With the win, the Da Byes improve to 1-0-0-0 while The Swarm fall to 0-1-0-0.
