Calgary, AB – Ryan Bennato scored a hat-trick and added three assists to help fuel the Wolves to an 8-5 win over the Predators at Norma Bush on Friday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Wolves was Noel Macri with two goals, Rob Conrad and Chad Gutor and Shawn Johnson chipping in with a goal each. Macri added four assists, Chad Lerner. Goaltender Nathan Steinke picked up the win for the Wolves giving up 0 goals.

Striking for the Predators was Carlo Nicastro with a hat-trick and J.D. Goddard and Greg Rieben with a goal each. Geoff Lindsay added two assists. Goaltender Paul Chatten surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Predators.

With the win, the Wolves improve to 2-1-0-0 while the Predators fall to 1-2-0-0.
