Calgary, AB – Danny Hicke scored a hat-trick and added an assist to help the Icemen to a 9-4 spanking over the Divestco Knights at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Also scoring for the Icemen was Sean Jozsa and Gord MacLean and Greg Coonfer with a pair of goals each . Chad Coyes added three assists, Jozsa, Jarrod Milne and Darcy Frey each added two assists. Goaltender Travis Copp picked up the win for the Icemen giving up 0 goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Divestco Knights was Scott Hanson with a hat-trick and Chris Knight with a single marker. Tom Podivinsky and Sean Edwards each added two assists. Goaltender Trevor Sedgwick surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Divestco Knights.

With the win, the Icemen improve to 2-1-1-0 while the Divestco Knights fall to 2-1-1-0.
