Calgary, AB – Mel Linn* scored two goals and added an assist to lift the Flying Hellfish to a 6-3 conquest over the Warthogs at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Capping off the scoring for the Flying Hellfish was Steve Kendrick* with two goals and Travis Rowden* and Grant McGowan* each adding single tallies. Rowden*, Scott Bracko* and Ryan Hoover* each added two assists. Goaltender Cam Corbett* picked up the win for the Flying Hellfish giving up 0 goals.

The victory extinguished the Flying Hellfish's three-game losing streak.

Sniping for the Warthogs was M Abella, Chad Dauphenais* and Jared Veness* contributing with a goal each. Jamie Richard added two assists. Goaltender Chris Lowe* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Warthogs.

With the win, the Flying Hellfish improve to 2-12-1-0 while the Warthogs fall to 4-10-1-0.
