Calgary, AB – Steve Nemeth* scored two goals and added an assist to help bring the Hopewell Hurricanes to a 7-4 triumph over the Chevron at Norma Bush on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Hopewell Hurricanes was Barry Tanguay* and Ryan Miller, Geza Nemeth*, Tyler Jackson* and Scott Bishop* chipping in with a goal each. Reid Miller added four assists, Tanguay* and Dustin Shewchuk each added two assists. Goaltender Steve Tolhurst* picked up the victory for the Hopewell Hurricanes giving up four goals.

Finding the back of the net for the Chevron was Casey Bajnok* with two goals and Mike Prins* and Tim Begalke* chipping in with singles. Ryan Gellatly* added three assists. Goaltender Darrell Gall* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Chevron.

With the victory, the Hopewell Hurricanes improve to 10-3-0-0 while the Chevron fall to 5-7-1-0.
