Calgary, AB – Tim Arnett* scored two goals including his fourth goal of the season with 9:51 remaining in the third period and to fuel the Mocoat Thunder to a 6-5 triumph over the Knights at Optimist on Sunday.

Capping off the scoring for the Mocoat Thunder was Dale Martin* and Adam Quigley*, Marc Menzies* and Chris Gibson* each tallying single markers. Steve Small* added three assists and Martin* added two assists. Goaltender Leo Thoms* picked up the win for the Mocoat Thunder giving up five goals.

Finding the twine for the Knights was Jared Bruce* with two goals and Terry Barnhart*, Kevin Mullie* and Derek Boeckx* chipping in with a goal each. Neal Alexander* and Greg Staples* each added two assists. Goaltender Trevor Sedgwick* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Knights.

With the win, the Mocoat Thunder improve to 6-4-2-0 while the Knights fall to 5-5-2-0.
