Calgary, AB – Travis Rowden* scored his 15th goal of the season with 4:03 remaining in the third period and Grant McGowan* scored two goals to lift the Flying Hellfish to a 6-5 conquest over the Grasshoppers at George Blundun on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Flying Hellfish was Steve Kendrick* and Scott Bracko* contributing with a goal each. Jay Steele* added four assists and Mel Linn* added three assists. Goaltender Cam Corbett* picked up the win for the Flying Hellfish giving up 0 goals.

The win snapped the Flying Hellfish's nine-game losing skid.

Sniping for the Grasshoppers was Brad Stroich*, Kevin Lodberg*, Mark Dyer*, Tom Gregory* and Talon Berlando* each tallying single markers. Brandyn Folden* and Kenton Haugrud* each added two assists. Goaltender Trevor Devenich* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Grasshoppers.

With the win, the Flying Hellfish improve to 1-9-1-0 while the Grasshoppers fall to 5-5-1-0.
