Calgary, AB – Ryan Martin* scored six goals and added an assist as the Mets erased a three-goal deficit and extended its winning streak to three games with a 7-4 win over the Sabres at Village Square on Saturday.

Also scoring for the Mets was and Scott Cote* with a single marker. Jason Lebbert* added four assists, Cote* and Kevin Toth* each added three assists and Chris Daskas* added two assists. Goaltender Matt Elder* picked up the win for the Mets giving up 0 goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Sabres was Brent Cronk with two goals and Phil Wilton and Kevin Macedo* each adding single goals. Jay Milz* added two assists. Goaltender Ryan Stiaza surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Sabres.

The Sabres jumped out to a 3-0 lead when Cronk scored his sixth of the season with 11:05 left in the first period but Martin* responded for the Mets with his 17th of the season to start the rally.

With the win, the Mets improve to 9-8-0-0 while the Sabres fall to 8-8-1-0.
