Calgary, AB – Mike Costello scored his eighth goal of the season with 14:14 remaining in the third period and Peter Huff scored a goal to lift the Old Time Flyers to a 4-3 conquest over the Melrose at Norma Bush on Tuesday.

Capping off the scoring for the Old Time Flyers was Bob Knight, Rob Leach contributing with a goal each. Terry Schneider added two assists. Goaltender Alan Mountain picked up the win for the Old Time Flyers giving up 0 goals.

The win snapped the Old Time Flyers' eight-game losing skid.

Sniping for the Melrose was Jay Brown with two goals and Chris Trudel with a single tally. Goaltender Al Manz surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Melrose.

With the win, the Old Time Flyers improve to 8-18-5-0 while the Melrose fall to 9-21-1-0.
