Calgary, AB – Mike Tanton scored two goals and added an assist as the Icehogs extended their winning streak to four games with a 5-3 victory over the Medialogic Mud Dogs at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Adding markers for the Icehogs was Shawn Foster with two goals and Brad Watts with a single tally. Dave White and Steve Stowe each added two assists. Goaltender Jody Stevens picked up the victory for the Icehogs giving up three goals.

Providing the offence for the Medialogic Mud Dogs was Kevin Van Der Veen, Cole Harris and Rich Taylor each contributing with single markers. Goaltender Matt DeMarco surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Medialogic Mud Dogs.

With the victory, the Icehogs improve to 25-1-2-0 while the Medialogic Mud Dogs fall to 11-15-3-0.
