Calgary, AB – Kevin Scott scored his third goal of the season with 5:31 remaining in the third period and Oliver Fisher scored two goals to lead the Calgary Storm to a 5-4 triumph over the Hopewell Hurricanes at Optimist on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Calgary Storm was Mike Taillon, Mike Smillie chipping in with a goal each. Goaltender Dave Scott (Goal) picked up the victory for the Calgary Storm giving up 0 goals.

Finding the twine for the Hopewell Hurricanes was Jeff Snyder, Aaron Cowley, Martin Carter and Andy Keats each tallying single markers. Goaltender Mark Flath surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Hopewell Hurricanes.

With the victory, the Calgary Storm improve to 1-2-0-0 while the Hopewell Hurricanes fall to 0-3-0-0.
