Calgary, AB – Rob Johnston* scored two goals and added two assists for the Sofa Kings and Jarrod Stanton* scored two goals and added two assists for the Warthogs as the teams played to a 9-9 tie at Optimist on Sunday.

Completing the scoring for for the Warthogs was Derek Root*, Dale Kindlein*, Chad Dauphenais*, Jeff Kulyk* and Troy Cleland* each contributing with single markers. Don Westman* added three assists, Dauphenais*, Dan Law*. Goaltender Chris Lowe* surrendered 0 goals in the tie for the Warthogs.

Completing the scoring for for the Sofa Kings was Trevor Burke*, Kevin Sawyer*, Steve Martin*, Matthew Gillick*, Rob Hawes (spare) and Patrick O''Rourke* chipping in with singles. Sawyer* added four assists, Martin* added three assists, Johnston*, Eric Mann* and James Kenny* each added two assists. Goaltender Nico Vandersalm* gave up nine goals in the tie for the Sofa Kings.

After the tie, the Sofa Kings have a record of 13-11-4-0 while the Warthogs move to 11-12-3-0.
