Calgary, AB – Aaron Yamniuk scored a goal including his 46th goal of the season with 1:27 remaining in the second period and and added three assists to lead the Thunder to a 4-3 triumph over the Chevron at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Completing the scoring for for the Thunder was Chris Gibson, Dale Martin, S McGovern chipping in with singles. Goaltender Leo Thoms picked up the victory for the Thunder giving up three goals.

Finding the back of the net for the Chevron was Kevin Sinnott, Ward Mather and Rick Cooke chipping in with a goal each. Goaltender Bill Boxsee surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Chevron.

With the victory, the Thunder improve to 20-6-2-0 while the Chevron fall to 10-14-4-0.
