Calgary, AB – Vince Niro* scored a hat-trick and added five assists to help secure the Flying Hellfish a victory in an 8-4 trouncing over the Panthers at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Adding markers for the Flying Hellfish was Brett Smith* with two goals, Mel Linn* and Jason Gardiner* and Curtis Cann* with a goal each. Niro* added five assists, Linn* added four assists and Smith* added two assists. Goaltender Trevor Devenich picked up the victory for the Flying Hellfish giving up 0 goals.

Providing the offence for the Panthers was Mike Leslie*, Todd Kathol*, Rick Dziadyk* and Andrew Fox* each contributing with single markers. Mike Juhasz* added three assists. Goaltender Scott ??? surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Panthers.

With the victory, the Flying Hellfish improve to 7-4-1-0 while the Panthers fall to 3-6-2-0.
