Calgary, AB – Jason Lebbert* scored two goals and added three assists to help support the Mets in a 9-2 spanking over the Warthogs at Optimist on Sunday.

Adding markers for the Mets was Scott Cote* with two goals and Perry Winklemann, Clarke Turpin*, Ryan Martin*, Arne Larson* and Darren Deschamps with a goal each. Lebbert*, Winklemann and Peter Casey* each added three assists, Cote*, Martin*, Turpin* and Cam Kraychy* each added two assists. Goaltender Matt Elder* picked up the victory for the Mets giving up 0 goals.

Providing the offence for the Warthogs was Ryan Wasko* and Dan Law* each contributing with single markers. Goaltender Chris Lowe* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Warthogs.

With the victory, the Mets improve to 2-1-0-0 while the Warthogs fall to 1-2-0-0.
