Calgary, AB – Cody Nunweiler* scored four goals and added four assists to guide the Pylons to an 8-5 conquest over the Da Byes at Optimist on Sunday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Pylons was David Nielsen* with a hat-trick and Mitch Layden* with a single marker. Layden*, Nielsen* and Aaron Pratt* each added two assists. Goaltender John Toppozini picked up the win for the Pylons giving up five goals.

Cashing in for the Da Byes was Kyle Brennan*, Deon Chappell*, Kevin Draper*, Brad Taylor* and Geoff Moggy* each adding single tallies. Chappell* and Brennan* each added two assists. Goaltender Brent Williams* surrendered eight goals in the loss for the Da Byes.

The setback halted the Da Byes' six-game winning streak.

With the win, the Pylons improve to 1-5-1-0 while the Da Byes fall to 6-1-0-0.
