Woudsma scores twice, Predators top Tigers
Calgary, AB – Carlo Nicastro scored his seventh goal of the season with 1:37 remaining in the third period and Clarence Woudsma scored two goals to help lift the Predators to a 4-3 victory over the Tigers at Frank McCool on Tuesday.
Also scoring for the Predators was Garren Reisinger with a single tally. Goaltender Paul Chatten picked up the victory for the Predators giving up 0 goals.
The victory extinguished the Predators' three-game losing streak.
Scoring for the Tigers was Will Hotoamanie with two goals and Darren Marshall with a single marker. Dave Latiff added two assists. Goaltender Todd Bettison surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Tigers.
With the victory, the Predators improve to 12-8-4-0 while the Tigers fall to 6-14-4-0.
