Calgary, AB – Glenn Saunders* scored a hat-trick and added an assist to help secure the Da Byes a victory in an 11-3 trouncing over the Westside Wranglers at Southland on Monday.

Adding markers for the Da Byes was Deon Chappell* and Jason Delete with a pair of goals each and Justin Furlong*, Jason Smith*, Jon Dawe* and Mike Campbell* each contributing with single markers. Riccardo Piscatelli* added five assists, Furlong*, Corey Young*, Jason Duffy* and Dustin Jones* each added two assists. Goaltender Brent Williams* picked up the victory for the Da Byes giving up three goals.

The win snapped the Da Byes' three-game losing skid.

Providing the offence for the Westside Wranglers was Craig Gillespie*, Trevor Gates* and Warren Orban* with a goal each. John Bell* added two assists. Goaltender Jim Barath* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Westside Wranglers.

With the victory, the Da Byes improve to 12-5-1-0 while the Westside Wranglers fall to 6-8-4-0.
