Calgary, AB – Jason Konoff scored a hat-trick and added an assist to help lift the Melrose to a 10-4 pounding over the Calgary Storm at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Adding markers for the Melrose was Simon DiMarzo with a hat-trick, Neelan Edbom and Dustin Leskosky, Mike Bukatka and Chris Trudel each adding single goals. Tony Piattelli added three assists, Mike Hill and Dave Quinn each added two assists. Goaltender Quinn Morettin picked up the victory for the Melrose giving up 0 goals.

Scoring for the Calgary Storm was Kevin Scott with two goals and Dave Scott and Tony Lucas each with single strikes. Jason Nail added two assists. Goaltender Glenn Black surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Calgary Storm.

With the victory, the Melrose improve to 8-15-0-0 while the Calgary Storm fall to 15-6-2-0.
