Calgary, AB – Ken Toews* scored four goals and added an assist as the Colts extended its winning streak to five games with a 8-4 clobbering over the Mustangs at George Blundun on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Colts was Brian Dillon* with two goals, Joe Sutherland and Steve Plant* each tallying single markers. Sutherland and Ryan Sweeney* each added three assists and Plant* added two assists. Goaltender Brian Ector* picked up the win for the Colts giving up 0 goals.

Sniping for the Mustangs was Scott Russell* with two goals and Blaine Harbrick and Brett Guenther* contributing with a goal each. Goaltender John Philpott surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Mustangs.

With the win, the Colts improve to 10-3-1-0 while the Mustangs fall to 5-8-1-0.
