Calgary, AB – Curtis Cann* scored two goals including his 11th goal of the season with 0:59 remaining in the second period and and added an assist to help lift the Flying Hellfish to a 5-4 victory over the Mets at Norma Bush on Tuesday.

Adding markers for the Flying Hellfish was Mel Linn* and Ryan Hoover* and Grant McGowan* each with single strikes. Goaltender Cam Corbett* picked up the victory for the Flying Hellfish giving up 0 goals.

The win snapped the Flying Hellfish's three-game losing skid.

Scoring for the Mets was Scott Cote* with two goals and Jason Lebbert* and Ryan Martin* each adding single goals. Lebbert* added two assists. Goaltender Matt Elder* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Mets.

With the victory, the Flying Hellfish improve to 6-6-2-0 while the Mets fall to 3-9-2-0.
