Calgary, AB – Dale Kindlein scored four goals and added two assists to spark the Blades to a 9-7 win over the Fat n Lazy at Stew Hendry on Saturday.

Also scoring for the Blades was Cory Romashenko with two goals, Ben Couzens and Scott Brown and Todd Bevis each adding single goals. Bob Storrs added four assists, Couzens and Brown each added three assists, Kindlein, Romashenko and Bevis each added two assists. Goaltender Graeme Rowe picked up the win for the Blades giving up 0 goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Fat n Lazy was A Burrows and Blair Webster with a pair of goals each, Andy LaRose, Kieran Longworth and Ron Francis each adding a goal. Burrows added three assists, LaRose and Longworth each added two assists. Goaltender Grant Dreger surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Fat n Lazy.

With the win, the Blades improve to 2-1-0-0 while the Fat n Lazy fall to 1-2-0-0.
