Calgary, AB – Steve Tuckey* scored two goals and added two assists to help bring the Flying Elbows to a 10-2 route over the Hopewell Hurricanes at George Blundun on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Flying Elbows was Shane Mark* and Darren Feist* with a pair of goals each, Steve Nadeau*, Matt Glowa*, Dany Noel* and Joe McCormick* chipping in with singles. Tuckey*, Nadeau*, Glowa* and Colin Oke* each added two assists. Goaltender Allan Manz* picked up the victory for the Flying Elbows giving up 0 goals.

Contributing the only goals for the Hopewell Hurricanes was Steve Nemeth* with two goals. Goaltender Steve Tolhurst* surrendered 10 goals in the loss for the Hopewell Hurricanes.

With the victory, the Flying Elbows improve to 7-2-0-0 while the Hopewell Hurricanes fall to 2-6-1-0.
