Calgary, AB – Bob Knight scored two goals and added two assists to help fuel the Old Time Flyers to an 8-5 win over the Melrose at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Old Time Flyers was David Mahoney and Kevin Murray with a pair of goals each, Neale Cruickshank and Rob Leach with a goal each. Daryl Zachary added three assists, Knight, Mahoney and Peter Huff each added two assists. Goaltender Alan Mountain picked up the win for the Old Time Flyers giving up 0 goals.

Striking for the Melrose was Simon DiMarzo with a hat-trick and Chris Trudel with two goals. Tony Piattelli added three assists. Goaltender Al Manz surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Melrose.

With the win, the Old Time Flyers improve to 7-10-5-0 while the Melrose fall to 7-15-0-0.
