Calgary, AB – Mike Belanger* scored two goals including his 20th goal of the season with 9:03 remaining in the third period and and added an assist to lead the St. Vladimirs to a 7-6 triumph over the Colts at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Capping off the scoring for the St. Vladimirs was Chris Roa-Yaremkowycz* with two goals and Kyle Mack*, V Urquhart and Arthur Boykiw* each tallying single markers. Mack*, Scott Sawchyn, James Gueran* and Stephen Fodchuk* each added two assists. Goaltender Andre Degagne picked up the victory for the St. Vladimirs giving up 0 goals.

The victory extinguished the St. Vladimirs' four-game losing streak.

Finding the twine for the Colts was Joe Sutherland* with a hat-trick, Brian Dillon* with two goals and Ken Toews* with a single marker. Sutherland* added two assists. Goaltender Matt Allen surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Colts.

With the victory, the St. Vladimirs improve to 7-14-0-0 while the Colts fall to 10-6-5-0.
