Calgary, AB – Rob Christensen scored four goals to fuel the Icecats to an 8-4 thrashing over the Medialogic Mud Dogs at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Capping off the scoring for the Icecats was Nik Cooper with two goals, Shawn Morgan and Rob Walker each tallying single markers. Cam Fink added three assists, Morgan and Dave MacSween each added two assists. Goaltender Larry Guilloux picked up the win for the Icecats giving up 0 goals.

Finding the twine for the Medialogic Mud Dogs was Glen Richardson, Dave Blaine, Cole Harris and Kevin Van Der Veen chipping in with a goal each. Goaltender Brian Rogers surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Medialogic Mud Dogs.

With the win, the Icecats improve to 2-1-0-0 while the Medialogic Mud Dogs fall to 1-2-0-0.
