Bennato nets hat-trick, Wolves beat the wheels off St. Vladimir�s
Calgary, AB – Ryan Bennato scored a hat-trick to help fuel the Wolves to a 6-1 pounding over the St. Vladimir�s at Ernie Starr on Sunday.
Rounding out the scoring for the Wolves was Chad Lerner and Noel Macri and Mat Jones with a goal each. Trevor Sorge added two assists. Goaltender Chad McCrady picked up the win for the Wolves holding the St. Vladimir�s to a single goal.
Scoring the single strike for the St. Vladimir�s was and Larry Gueren, his second of the season. Goaltender Dave Ewanchyna surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the St. Vladimir�s.
With the win, the Wolves improve to 12-5-3-0 while the St. Vladimir�s fall to 8-8-4-0.
