Dargewitcz* strikes twice, Fat n Lazy squeak past Warthogs
Calgary, AB – Rob Dargewitcz* scored two goals and added an assist to guide the Fat n Lazy to a 6-4 conquest over the Warthogs at Optimist on Sunday.
Rounding out the scoring for the Fat n Lazy was Cory Whittingham* and Mike Burnham*, Dan Sears and Frank Swanberg* each adding single tallies. Whittingham* added three assists. Goaltender Chris Churchill* picked up the win for the Fat n Lazy giving up 0 goals.
Cashing in for the Warthogs was Dave Yuris* with two goals and Chad Dauphenais* and Blair Whitford* contributing with a goal each. Goaltender Chris Lowe* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Warthogs.
With the win, the Fat n Lazy improve to 9-8-1-0 while the Warthogs fall to 9-5-3-0.
