Calgary, AB – Bruce Gillis* scored a goal for the Chiefs and Scott Lindsay* scored a hat-trick for the IceHogs as the teams played to a 5-5 tie at Southland on Monday.

Completing the scoring for for the IceHogs was Mike Tanton* and Kevin Free* chipping in with a goal each. Blaine Dobinson*, Ashley Raabis* and Jeremy Leece* each added two assists. Goaltender Jody Stevens* surrendered five goals in the tie for the IceHogs.

Completing the scoring for for the Chiefs was Darren McCutcheon*, Ryan Joseph*, Geoff Sanford* and Scott MacPherson* chipping in with singles. Bryan Heard* added two assists. Goaltender Blaine MacKeil * gave up 0 goals in the tie for the Chiefs.

After the tie, the Chiefs have a record of 10-8-2-0 while the IceHogs move to 16-0-4-0.
