Calgary, AB – Jason Norrie* scored a hat-trick and added an assist to help the Sofa Kings to a 7-5 win over the Icemen at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Also scoring for the Sofa Kings was Jason Manderson* with two goals, Jeremy Salomons* and Chris Marcotte* with a goal each. Goaltender Jeff Blaney* picked up the win for the Sofa Kings giving up 0 goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Icemen was Danny Hicke* with two goals and Kevin Patterson*, Rob Stuart and Darcy Frey* each adding a goal. Hicke* added two assists. Goaltender Travis Copp* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Icemen.

With the win, the Sofa Kings improve to 2-3-0-0 while the Icemen fall to 1-2-2-0.
