Calgary, AB – Ryan Joseph* scored a hat-trick and added an assist to lead the Chiefs to a 10-2 whipping over the Rustlers at Norma Bush on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Chiefs was Steve Whynot and Bruce Gillis* with a pair of goals each and Tom Smith *, Karl Johanson* and Graham Bogle* each tallying single markers. Darren McCutcheon* added four assists and Smith * added two assists. Goaltender Justin Hoar picked up the victory for the Chiefs giving up 0 goals.

Finding the twine for the Rustlers was Brent Schaal and Ryan Wales chipping in with a goal each. Goaltender Cam Goldade surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Rustlers.

With the victory, the Chiefs improve to 1-2-0-0 while the Rustlers fall to 0-3-0-0.
